The aim of Pili Pala is to offer yoga to everyone of all ages, with a particular focus on 3-11 year olds. Yoga has transformed my life and I can`t wait to share the magic
of yoga with young people. Through creativity, play and plenty of laughs my hope is to give young people the power to feel stronger, healthier and happier.
